Our company background

Capital Funding is a private nonprofit corporation established in 1985 to increase small business opportunities and to stimulate employment.   Our role is to be a catalyst in securing the resources necessary to assist small businesses in obtaining financing.   Capital Funding is authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to offer the 504 loan program to all eligible California Small Businesses.

The 504 Objective

The objective of the 504 Loan Program is to achieve community economic development through job creation/retention by providing Long-Term Real Estate and Equipment financing to business owner’s.

The 504 Partnership

A SBA-504 loan package is a combination of at least three sources:

• Bank
